Coaching Request Form

⚠ Booking Policy:
Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
No bookings allowed within 24 hours of session time.
Blackout dates apply: two days before, the day of, and two days after major holidays including Christmas, New Year’s, Thanksgiving, Juneteenth, and September 20th.

Availability

Tuesdays: 8 AM – 2 PM CT
Thursdays: 12 PM – 7 PM CT

Cancellation Policy

No-call, no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will not be rescheduled. If you need to adjust your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

Coaching Expectations

Come with your camera on. Be in a non-distracting environment. Be prepared to engage deeply and unpack your areas of focus.
